Q3. How do you ensure the quality of products?
All wall charger is 100% inspected before shipping, we do at least 5 test, including In-coming raw material test, sample test then bulk produce, functional test, the burn-in test, appearance inspection.
Q4. How to order from us?
1. Please confirm the model numbers and quantities that you would like to purchase from our salesperson, or email to us.
2. We will send you a Proforma Invoice to specify the net cost of mentioned goods and other relevant charges once you confirm the order.
3. After you arrange the payment and send us your bank slip, we will put your order down to production, and let you know the ready date in 2 days.
4. When the goods are finished, we will send them by air express, or by sea, or other available shipping methods appointed by customers, and let you know the tracking number and estimated time of arrival.

we accept 30% deposit before production and the balance should be paid off

1. Sample order can be delivered from our factory within 5 working days.
2. The general order can be delivered from our factory within 15 - 25 working days.
3. The big order can be delivered from our factory in 30-35 working days at most.
